SWIMMING POOL NEWS
Please remember that your HOA dues must be current in order to receive pool passes. Your pool application has been mailed with your April bill so be sure to fill it out and send it in early to receive your passes before the pool opens. Guest passes are now $5.00
The annual walk-thru inspections will begin soon. Please remember that Trash cans may be stored only in rear yards in a neat tidy manner as specified in the Covenants (Art. X, 5) and Prince William County Code; and Fire walls (the cinder block party wall between units) and Party fences (the section dividing adjacent rear yards) are the joint responsibility of the owners of the adjacent properties sharing the wall as outlined in the Covenants, Article VII.
ALL EXTERIOR CHANGES OR ADDITIONS, including new siding, room, deck, or patio construction, front yard fences, or changes in style or color of existing structures or fences REQUIRE HOA APPROVAL PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION AND/OR REPAIR BY LAW; CONSTRUCTION APPROVAL IS CONDITIONAL AND REQUIRES COPIES OF PWC ZONING APPROVAL, PERMITS AND INSPECTION RECORDS SUBMITTED FOR OUR FILES AFTER STRUCTURE IS COMPLETE.
If the discrepancies are not corrected, the case is brought before the Board for further action:
Use of the swimming pool and the reserved parking space will be suspended.
The Board of Directors will contract out work, and the owner will be responsible for payment of work performed.
Legal action will be taken to ensure that the repairs are corrected.
If you do not have a trash can you can call Patriot trash to purchase one or go to your local store and purchase one. Trash must be put out for pick up in a trash can. Trash days are Tuesday and Friday. Patriot Disposal does not pick up construction debris this includes toilets, carpet, flooring, tile, drywall, fencing, furniture, televisions, tires, paint, and tree branches.
